Cleaning and polishing cannot repair every defect or change factory centring. Any grading decision stays with the grading company, not us.

What does the £20 Clean include?

A careful hand clean of one card's surface, a free personal pre-grading assessment of corners, edges, centring and surface/paintwork, plus return postage. You pay the postage to send the card to us. Return service level and any geographic limits will be confirmed before bookings open.

What's the difference between the Clean and the Polish?

The Clean (£20) is a careful hand clean of the card's surface. The Polish (£25) includes everything in the Clean and adds a dedicated hand-polish pass over the surface for collectors who want their card looking its best. Both include the free pre-grading assessment and return postage.

Is the assessment an official grade?

No. It is Huncho's personal assessment and estimated grading opinion, included free with every card. It is not professional certification or authentication, and another grader may reach a different conclusion. Grading submission and grading fees are not included.

Can cleaning affect grading?

Yes. Some cleaning and surface treatments can cause a card to be treated as altered or receive no numeric grade. PSA's standards specifically mention cleaning sprays and wax; CGC's card policies restrict cleaned or restored cards. This service does not promise acceptance or a higher grade. Check your chosen grader's current rules before choosing treatment.

Can I book or send cards now?

Not yet. This is a design preview. Checkout and order intake are off. Treatment details, suitability, turnaround, return delivery cover and service terms must be confirmed before opening. Please do not send cards or payment.

Will every mark or defect come out?

No. Results depend on the card, its condition and the type of defect. Neither cleaning nor polishing guarantees scratch removal, restored corners, corrected centring or a particular grade. The treatment scope and risks will be explained before orders open.
